Rental Agreement
RENTAL PERIOD
AVBOX US LLC has a minimum rental period of seven(7) days and a maximum rental period of twenty-eight (28) days. Extensions are available upon request. Please reference our cancelation and return policy below for further details. PAYMENTS A Deposit is due upon rental order creation. If the Renter prefers, they are able to make the full payment when making the reservation.

The Final Payment is Due when the product is returned to AVBOX US if deposit was selected when creating their reservation.
RETURNING THE TOOL
After the tool rental period is up, the Renter is required to ship the tool back AVBOX US LLC and provide them with the tracking number of the shipment. This is due no later than 24 hours after the rental period has ended. In the event that the tool is lost in shipment, the replacement cost is to be covered by the Renter. It is suggested, but not required, to purchase insurance on the tool to cover any potential damage that may occur in transit.
LATE RETURNS
In the event that tracking information has not been provided by 5:00 PM Central time on the day after the end of the rental period and an extension has not been requested, AVBOX US LLC will create an order for an additional two (2) week rental period and reach out to the information on file for payment. If AVBOX US LLC is unable to contact the Renter for the additional payment, and the tool(s) is not returned on or before the final day of the additional two (2) week extension period, AVBOX US LLC will consider the Tool lost, and create an order for the full replacement cost. AVBOX US LLC will make every reasonable attempt to communicate with the renter prior to creating the purchase cost for the tool(s). In the event that the renter is unable to return the tool, or make the needed payments, AVBOX US LLC will pursue all legal channels to collect payments or return of the tool.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made prior to the start date and before the item has shipped in order to receive a refund of the security deposit. In the event of a cancellation, if the item has been shipped and the renter has not received the tool(s) AVBOX US LLC will deduct the cost of shipping from the security deposit if the delivery can be intercepted. If we are unable to intercept the delivery, cancellation will not be possible, and the tool(s) will be considered “rented” for the initial agreed upon rental period.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
The Renter agrees to use the tool(s) solely for the intended purpose in a careful, proper manner. The Renter agrees to notify AVBOX US LLC immediately in the event of damage or related issues to the rented tool(s). The Renter shall be responsible for any damage to the tool(s) that occurs during the rental period. AVBOX US LLC ensures that all tool(s) are in a complete, fully functional state, but does not guarantee a new or like new state of the tool(s) or equipment being provided. The Renter agrees to return the tool(s) in a comparable condition, excluding reasonable wear and tear subject to the return inspection. The Renter is responsible for covering all costs associated with additional maintenance or repair resulting from misuse or negligence. If the rented tool(s) is returned in a non-functional state or is damaged beyond repair, the Renter will incur a charge of the full replacement value of the tool(s) with the card provided for the initial deposit. LIABILITY
AVBOX US LLC shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by the tool(s) during the rental period. The Renter assumes all risks associated with the use of the tool(s). AVBOX US LLC shall not be liable for any incidental damages caused by, but not limited to delays in shipping/receiving, property damage, and/or tool(s) malfunction.
The Renter agrees not to misuse or sublet the tool(s) during the rental period. The Renter is responsible for tool(s) replacement in the event of theft or vandalism, which is not covered by the security deposit.
