Rental Agreement

The following information is the Terms and Conditions of the Rental Agreement. Please read carefully, and initial and sign where requested.

Rental Terms and Conditions:

RENTAL PERIOD
AVBOX US LLC has a minimum rental period of seven (1) days and a maximum rental period of one (1) year or 365 days. Extensions are available upon request before the end of the initial rental period. Please refer to our cancellation and return policy below for further details.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS
We Require the full payment to be made at time of rental. Please contact AVBOX US LLC if there are any discrepancies. For extended durations of rental time or special requests, please contact AVBOX US LLC’s office via telephone prior to making your reservation. You can also email our support team, bear in mind that emails do not guarantee immediate response and may not be answered until the following business day.

RETURNING THE EQUIPMENT
The Equipment must be returned to AVBOX US LLC’s office at 10370 Pensacola Blvd, Pensacola FL, 32534 by 5:00 PM Central Time on the day the rental period ends. If we are closed due to a national Holiday, or Emergency, and return arranges have not been decided, please contact us directly at Sales@AVBOXUS.com or call us during business hours.

LATE RETURNS
If the equipment has not been returned by 5:00 PM Central at the agreed end of the rental period and an extension has not been requested, AVBOX US LLC will create a new order for an extension of 1 day and reach out to the Renter to inform them of additional charges. The extension cost is the normal cost of the daily rental rate for the equipment.
If AVBOX US LLC is unable to contact the Renter for the additional payment after making every reasonable attempt, and the Equipment is not returned on or before 5:00PM Central Time on the extension day, AVBOX US LLC will consider the equipment lost and charge for the full replacement cost on the provided credit card.

AVBOX US LLC will make three (3) attempts to contact the Renter with the contact information provided found on the first page of this agreement prior to billing the card on file for the replacement cost of the tool and to arrange the return of the equipment. Please review the contact information to ensure it is accurate and up to date. In the event that the Renter is unable to return the tool or make the needed payments, AVBOX US LLC will pursue litigation to collect payments and/or the return of the tool.

CANCELLATIONS
All cancellation must be made before the start date, or the equipment has left AVBOX US LLC property to receive a refund of payments made. Cancellations are not available once the items have left AVBOX US LLC property, and the agreed-upon reservation will be fulfilled.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
The Renter agrees to use the equipment solely for the intended purpose in a careful, proper manner. The Renter agrees to notify AVBOX US LLC immediately in the event of damage or related issues to the rented Equipment. The Renter shall be responsible for any damage to the Equipment that occurs during the rental period. AVBOX US LLC ensures that all Equipment are in a complete, fully functional state, but does not guarantee a new or like-new state of the equipment being provided. An inspection of the equipment is required prior to the Renter leaving AVBOX US LLC Property. If there are any issues with the rental equipment, the Renter agrees to make AVBOX US LLC aware prior to leaving the AVBOX US LLC Property. Any issues that are not Disclosed shall not be held against AVBOX US LLC, and the Renter assumes full responsibility of the Equipment and its repair. The Equipment will be issued by AVBOX US LLC with a full tank of gas, and the Renter agrees to return the equipment with a full tank of gas.

The Renter agrees to return the Equipment in a comparable condition, excluding reasonable wear subject to the return inspection. The Renter is responsible for all costs associated with additional maintenance or repair resulting from misuse or negligence. If the rented Equipment is returned in a non-functional state or are damaged beyond repair, the Renter will incur a charge of the full replacement value of the Equipment with the card provided for the initial deposit.

LIABILITY
AVBOX US LLC shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by the Equipment during the rental period. The Renter assumes all risks associated with the use of the Equipment.

The Renter agrees not to misuse or sublet the Equipment during the rental period. The Renter is responsible for the cost of Equipment replacement in the event of theft or vandalism. Theft and Vandalism are NOT covered by any payments or security deposit.

DEFAULT OF AGREEMENT
If the Renter fails to comply with any of the terms of this agreement, AVBOX US LLC may terminate this contract. At its discretion, AVBOX US LLC may request immediate return of the Equipment without prior notice. Failure to comply with the rental policies will result in the fees of the full replacement value of the Equipment being charged to the card provided for the initial rental deposit.

GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. The Renter agrees to pay all reasonable collection costs due to default on the agreement. Failure to return the tool upon expiration of the Rental Period and failure to pay all amounts due (including costs for damage to the property or equipment) are evidence of abandonment or refusal to redeliver the Equipment, punishable in accordance with section 812.155, Florida Statutes.

AUTHORIZATION OF CHARGES
In consideration of the rental of the equipment described herein, the Renter agrees to provide credit card information to AVBOX US LLC as a security measure in the event of damage to the rented equipment. The Renter authorizes AVBOX US LLC to charge the provided credit card for any damages to the equipment that occur during the rental period. Charges will be applied only in accordance with the terms outlined in this agreement.

SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
AVBOX US LLC agrees to securely store the credit card information provided on a protected server and will only process a charge with the card in the event of Damage, Repairs, or Late Returns as outlined in this agreement. The information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
AVBOX US LLC will notify The Renter prior to any charges made to the credit card for damages within a reasonable time frame. Please see the “Late Return” section of this agreement for more information about incidental charges. By providing AVBOX US LLC with credit card information, The Renter acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this agreement.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This agreement constitutes the complete understanding between AVBOX US LLC and The Renter. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties. This Agreement supersedes any prior written or oral agreements between the parties.
