At AVBOX US, we are committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and efficiently. Time spent on the ground, effects us all, and we work hard to get every order out ASAP.

Default Shipping Carrier

For all shipments handled directly by AVBOX US, our default shipping carrier is UPS, ground shipping. We have chosen UPS as our primary partner due to their reliable delivery services and established track record.

UPS Ground Shipping Times

UPS Ground offers dependable delivery within the contiguous United States. Please be aware that shipping times will vary depending on the distance between our location in Pensacola, Florida, and your shipping address.

  • Closer Domestic Shipments: Typically arrive within 1-3 business days.*
  • Farther Domestic Shipments: May take 4-7 business days or slightly longer.*

*Please note that these are estimated delivery times provided by UPS and are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather conditions and unforeseen logistical issues can occasionally impact delivery schedules.

Tracking Your Order

We understand the importance of knowing when to expect your order. We utilize ShipStation to create our shipping labels and automate the process of providing you with tracking information.

  • Once your order has been processed and a shipping label has been created, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package directly on the UPS website.
  • This email will be sent as soon as the shipping label is generated.

Using Your Own Shipping Account (UPS, FedEx, or DHL)

For customers who prefer to manage their own shipping costs and have existing accounts with UPS or FedEx, we offer the option to use your own shipping account.

  • During the checkout process, you will have the option to indicate that you wish to use your own shipping account when selecting your shipping type.
  • Please provide your UPS, FedEx or DHL account number during checkout or by contacting us directly after placing your order.
  • Once your order is processed and the shipping label is printed using your account, we will email you the tracking information for your shipment.

Order Processing Times

We strive to process your orders as quickly as possible.

  • Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Saturday, will generally be processed and shipped out on the same day.
  • Next-Day Processing: Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Saturday, will typically be processed and shipped out on the following business day (We are closed Sunday, so orders placed after 2pm on Saturday and on Sunday will be shipped out the following day.

Our Commitment to Speed

While our standard processing times are outlined above, we understand that sometimes speed is essential.

  • We make every effort to ship all orders out on the same day whenever possible.
  • If you require expedited shipping, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to rush your order, hand-deliver it to the local UPS (or FedEx, if you are using your own account) facility at the end of the day, and ensure every minute is used efficiently to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Packaging and Protection

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely.

  • We use thick and sturdy boxes to protect your items during transit.
  • We always include the proper amount of packing material inside the box to minimize movement and prevent damage that may occur during shipping.
