Rental Terms and Conditions:

RENTAL PERIOD
AVBOX US LLC has a minimum rental period of seven (7) days and a maximum rental period of one (1) year or 365 days. Extensions are available upon request before the end of the initial rental period. Please refer to our cancellation and return policy below for further details.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS
We allow either a partial payment of 50% when making the reservation, or if the Renter chooses, they may pay the full amount. If the Renter opts for a 50% deposit, the remaining payment is due before the start date. No tools will be shipped without the balance being paid. Shipping costs are not included in the rental price and are provided on the first page of this agreement. Both the shipping to the Renter and the return shipping are to be covered by the Renter. Please contact AVBOX US LLC if there are any discrepancies.

For additional rental time or special requests, please contact AVBOX US LLC’s office via telephone prior to making your reservation. You can also email our support team, bear in mind that emails do not guarantee immediate response and may not be answered until the following business day.

RETURNING THE TOOL
After the tool rental period ends, the Renter agrees to ship the tool back to AVBOX US LLC and provide the tracking number of the return shipment via email to sales@avboxus.com. The tracking number must be provided within 24 hours after the rental period ends. The tool must be shipped back to AVBOX US LLC’s office at 10370 Pensacola Blvd, Pensacola FL, 32534 no later than 24 hours after the rental period ends. National holidays excluded. If the tool is lost in shipment, the replacement cost is to be covered by the Renter. It is recommended, but not required, to purchase insurance on the tool to cover any potential damage that may occur in transit.

LATE RETURNS
If tracking information has not been provided by 5:00 PM Central Daylight Time within 24 hours of the agreed upon end of the rental period and an extension has not been requested, AVBOX US LLC will create a new order for an additional two (2) week rental period and reach out to the Renter to inform them of additional charges. If AVBOX US LLC is unable to contact the Renter for the additional payment after making every reasonable attempt, and the tool(s) are not returned on or before the final day of the additional two (2) week extension period, AVBOX US LLC will consider the tool lost and charge for the full replacement cost on the provided credit card.

AVBOX US LLC will make three (3) attempts to contact the Renter with the provided contact information found on the first page of this agreement prior to billing the card on file for the replacement cost of the tool and to arrange the return of the part. Please review the contact information to ensure it is accurate and up to date. In the event that the Renter is unable to return the tool or make the needed payments, AVBOX US LLC will pursue litigation to collect payments and/or the return of the tool.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests must be made before the item has shipped from AVBOX US LLC to receive a refund of the security deposit and any additional payments. If the item has not been shipped and the Renter wishes to cancel, AVBOX US LLC will refund the security deposit and any applicable payments to the credit card provided for said charges.

Cancellations are not available once the items have shipped from AVBOX US LLC and the agreed-upon reservation will be fulfilled.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
The Renter agrees to use the tool(s) solely for the intended purpose in a careful, proper manner. The Renter agrees to notify AVBOX US LLC immediately in the event of damage or related issues to the rented tool(s). The Renter shall be responsible for any damage to the tool(s) that occurs during the rental period. AVBOX US LLC ensures that all tool(s) are in a complete, fully functional state, but does not guarantee a new or like-new state of the tool(s) or equipment being provided. Upon receiving the tool(s), if there are any issues with the rental equipment, the Renter agrees to contact AVBOX US LLC within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

The Renter agrees to return the tool(s) in a comparable condition, excluding reasonable wear and tear subject to the return inspection. The Renter is responsible for all costs associated with additional maintenance or repair resulting from misuse or negligence. If the rented tool(s) are returned in a non-functional state or are damaged beyond repair, the Renter will incur a charge of the full replacement value of the tool(s) with the card provided for the initial deposit.

LIABILITY
AVBOX US LLC shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by the tool(s) during the rental period. The Renter assumes all risks associated with the use of the tool(s).

The Renter agrees not to misuse or sublet the tool(s) during the rental period. The Renter is responsible for the cost of tool(s) replacement in the event of theft or vandalism. Theft, vandalism, or lost shipments are NOT covered by the security deposit.

DEFAULT OF AGREEMENT
If the Renter fails to comply with any of the terms of this agreement, AVBOX US LLC may terminate this contract. At its discretion, AVBOX US LLC may request immediate return of the tool(s) without prior notice. Failure to comply with the rental policies will result in the fees of the full replacement value of the tool(s) being charged to the card provided for the initial rental deposit.

GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. The Renter agrees to pay all reasonable collection costs due to default on the agreement. Failure to return the tool upon expiration of the Rental Period and failure to pay all amounts due (including costs for damage to the property or equipment) are evidence of abandonment or refusal to redeliver the Equipment, punishable in accordance with section 812.155, Florida Statutes.

AUTHORIZATION OF CHARGES
In consideration of the rental of the equipment described herein, the Renter agrees to provide credit card information to AVBOX US LLC as a security measure in the event of damage to the rented equipment. The Renter authorizes AVBOX US LLC to charge the provided credit card for any damages to the equipment that occur during the rental period. Charges will be applied only in accordance with the terms outlined in this agreement.

SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
AVBOX US LLC agrees to securely store the provided credit card information on a protected server and will only process a charge with the card in the event of damage as outlined in this agreement. The information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. AVBOX US LLC will notify The Renter prior to any charges made to the credit card for damages within a reasonable time frame. Please see the “Late Return” section of this agreement for more information about incidental charges. By providing AVBOX US LLC with credit card information, The Renter acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this agreement.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This agreement constitutes the complete understanding between AVBOX US LLC and The Renter. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties. This Agreement supersedes any prior written or oral agreements between the parties.
