Rental Duration

How long can I rent a tool for?
Rental durations range from a minimum of 7 days to a maximum of 28 days.

Can I extend my rental if needed?
Yes. If your repairs take longer than expected, check the website for availability or contact us directly. We’ll do our best to extend your reservation.

Common Issues

What if I lose the protective tool case?
Contact us right away. We’ll send you a replacement case for return shipping. You are responsible for the cost of the case and shipping charges.

What if the tool is damaged or stolen?
Notify us immediately. Our first priority is helping you finish your repair. If we have a backup tool available, we can ship it to you. You are financially responsible for replacing any lost or damaged tools.

Payments and Deposits

What is the deposit amount for rentals?
A deposit of 50% of the rental price is required for all rentals, regardless of duration.

When is the final payment due?
The remaining balance is due 7 days before the start of your reservation.

How do I make the final payment?
Log into your account and navigate to the My Account page. You’ll find a section for making final payments on your rental.

What happens if I miss the final payment?
We will reach out via the contact information provided during your reservation. Tools will not be shipped unless the final payment is received.

Cancellations and Refunds

How can I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservation before the start date and before the tool has shipped. Contact us by phone at 850-466-3191, email at Sales@AVBOXUS.com, or submit a request through our contact form.

Is there a fee for canceling a reservation?
There is no cancellation fee if the cancellation is approved before the reservation begins and before the tool has shipped.

Do I receive a refund if I return the tool early?
No. Early returns do not qualify for partial refunds.

Do I get my deposit back after the tool is returned?
No. The deposit is applied toward your total rental cost. It is not refunded after the tool is returned.

Rental Agreement

Is a signed rental agreement required?
Yes. Every reservation requires a signed rental agreement before any tools are shipped.

How do I sign the rental agreement?
After the deposit is received, we will email you an electronic document that can be signed from your computer or mobile device.

How do I return the signed agreement?
Once you complete the electronic signature, simply click submit. It will be automatically sent to us.

What if I forget to sign the agreement?
We will contact you using the information provided at checkout. Tools will not ship until the rental agreement is signed.

Shipping and Returns

Can the rental tool be shipped to me?
Yes. We ship all rental tools, hardware, parts, and new tools to all 50 states. You may also choose to pick up your rental from our location at 10370 Pensacola Blvd, Pensacola, FL 32534.

What should I do before returning the tool?
Please wipe down the tool with a paper towel and place it securely in the provided storage container. We’ll handle full cleaning and inspection once it’s returned.

When will the tool be shipped to me?
We ship the tool after the rental agreement is signed and the final payment is made. For ground shipping, we aim to send out the tool 5–7 days before your reservation start date to ensure timely delivery.

Am I responsible for return shipping costs?
Yes. Please pack the tool securely in the case and take it to your preferred shipping carrier. Once shipped, send us the tracking information. Return shipping is your responsibility.
